Refund Policy

At Full of Grace, I strive to provide exceptional service and ensure every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful. Please read the following refund policy carefully before booking your appointment.

 

 

 

 

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

 

 

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Your deposit secures your appointment time and covers administrative time and preparation.

 

 

2. Services

 

 

Due to the nature of makeup artistry, no refunds will be issued for services once they have been performed. I do not offer refunds for:

 

  • Changes of mind

  • Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations

  • Reactions to products (please disclose any known allergies in advance)

 

 

If you are unhappy with your makeup, please communicate this at the time of your appointment, and I will do my best to make adjustments within your scheduled time.

 

 

 

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a new date once only.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to show up, will result in forfeiture of your deposit and no refund will be issued.

  • In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstance, I will offer a full refund of any deposit paid or reschedule at your convenience.

 

 

 

4. Bridal & Group Bookings

 

 

Bridal and group bookings require advance notice and a signed agreement. Specific refund and cancellation terms for bridal packages will be outlined in your individual contract.

 

 

5. Retail Products (If applicable)

 

 

If I offer any products for sale:

 

  • Unused, unopened products may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

  • Used or opened products cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind.
