Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Full of Grace. By booking a service with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before your appointment.

1. Booking & Deposits

 

 

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of, $30 to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are applied to the total service cost and must be paid within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

  • Final payment is due on or before the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled once without losing your deposit.

  • Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in you being unable to book future appointments.

3. Hygiene & Safety

 

 

  • I adhere to strict hygiene practices. All tools and products are sanitized between clients.

  • Please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities at the time of booking or prior to your appointment.

4. Client Responsibility

 

 

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your skin, preferences, and desired outcome.

  • I am not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.

5. Travel & On-Location Services

 

 

  • Travel within Christchurch is available and may incur a travel fee based on distance.

  • For services outside Christchurch, travel and accommodation costs (if applicable) must be covered by you and will be discussed at the time of booking.

6. Photos & Social Media

 

 

  • With your consent, I may take photos of the makeup application to use for marketing and social media purposes.

  • If you prefer your photos not be used, please let me know prior to your appointment.

7. Payment

 

 

  • I accept cash and bank transfer.

  • Full payment must be made by the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

​

 

8. Bridal & Group Bookings

 

 

  • Bridal and group bookings may require a signed agreement and additional deposit.

  • A trial is strongly recommended for brides and must be booked in advance.

 

 

​

9. Liability

 

 

  • I am not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur while on premises or during a makeup service.

  • All services are provided to the best of my ability with your safety and satisfaction in mind.
